Greetings Templeton Fish and Game Members, Guests, and Community Members!
Happy New Year and welcome to 2026! Thank you to everyone who rang in the New Year with all of us. Special thanks to Dena St. Pierre for purchasing and decorating the club for New Year's Eve. Special congrats to Ricky Leger who won the Scratch Ticket Wreath and thank you to Diane McDonald for donating the wreath! We have a busy weekend ahead of us here at the Templeton Fish and Game Club starting with the Queen of Hearts and our Annual Regifting party this Friday! We will also have a special Pop-up meal this coming Friday, January 9th featuring home made Fricotte Stew. Sunday we are hosting a Meditative Sound Bath event for the ladies! See below for more details! Thank you to Mike Manca, Rick Leger, Pete Griffin, and Paul Cormier for keeping our clubhouse clean during the winter months. Special thanks to Jennifer O'Donnell, our membership secretary for all of her hard work renewing memberships for the 2026 year! We appreciate all the people who make our club the great place that it is!
Check out the lineup of January events below starting with our Annual "ReGift" party this Friday, January 9th, then we welcome Brandy Lefsky for a Meditative Sound Bath on Sunday, January 11th! The Willie's join us on Saturday, January 17th and we have Line Dancing with Teri on Tuesday and Thursday nights at the Club! Lots happening at the Templeton Fish & Game Club, there are so many different ways to support our Club and we thank you in advance for doing so!
The Clubhouse is available for rent during the winter months, and Mama Loves Catering is ready to meet all of your catering needs. You can visit our website for more details!
UPDATED IMPORTANT NOTICES TO ALL MEMBERS MEMBERSHIP DUES ARE NOW PAST DUE - 2026 Membership Renewal Dues were due by January 1st and are now past due and include late fees: $90 Regular Membership, $52.50 for Senior members 65 and older. Membership dues that are not received by February 1st will result in removal from our membership ranks. Payments received after 1/1/26 that do not include the $15 late fee will be returned. Members can visit the Membership page of our website for more details. Membership cards are now available at the club for pickup for those who have paid - THANK YOU! Questions about memberships can be sent to Jennifer O'Donnell, our Membership Secretary.
TAX NOTICES: From the Treasurer: A reminder to all lot lessee's that tax notices are going in the mail soon. First quarter tax payments are due on February 1st. The assessment fee is increasing an additional $30 per quarter and the road maintenance fee is increasing an additional $5 per quarter - $140 annually total increase.
IMPORTANT CLUB PAYMENT UPDATE: Effective January 1st, 2026, PayPal will no longer be accepted for any type of club related business payments. After further review by our Board, the fees are considerable, and not worth the expense. All payments for taxes and annual dues must be sent in the form of a check or money order payable to Templeton Fish & Game Club. Cash will be accepted for payments, but is highly discouraged - thank you in advance for complying with this change.
IMPORTANT - The next monthly members meeting will be held Monday, January 26th starting at 6:30 sharp! Any camp owners, who plan to do any new work to their camp over the winter months MUST have a permit! Please contact Eric Adamson for more information. The Lot Committee meetings will resume in April 2026! The club is also working on the construction of a new dock for the pond near the lower pavilion.
Camp owners who are selling their camps, please see the special notice posted on the Membership page of our website. Camps for sale are posted in the clubhouse and also on the Camps for Sale page of our website! After posting the camp for sale at the Club, you can add a listing and photos to our "Camps for Sale" page on our website - please contact Lynn Sayarath bostonterrier97@comcast.net to add your camp details!

Membership Renewals are NOW PAST DUE Membership Dues (with Late Fee) Regular Membership: $90 ($75 dues + $15 late fee) Senior Membership: $52.50 ($37.50 dues + $15 late fee) (Senior Membership is available to members who have completed one year of membership and turn 65 during 2026.)

A.IV.s1. The regular monthly meeting of the Club shall be at the Club house in East Templeton, Mass on the last Monday of the month commencing at 6:30 pm. In the absence of the Chairperson of the Board the Co-Chairperson will open the meeting at 6:45. If the monthly meeting is cancelled due to weather or other natural or man-made cause, the board can opt to reschedule the meeting to the following Monday night. Notification of the rescheduled meeting date and time must be included in the announcement to cancel said meeting. Notices must be posted, at a minimum, on the website, social media, and email, with the standard being maximum exposure of the membership to the notice.
