Greetings Templeton Fish and Game Members, Guests, and Community Members!
Despite the weather this past Sunday, the Templeton Fish & Game Club was rocking inside with Kyle and Matt Black to a packed house! Thank you to Jody & Dave Corey and Michelle Cormier for a wonderful fish chowder this past Friday night. Speaking of pop-up meals, Sheryl Beauregard will be serving Sheppard Pie for $7 a serving this Friday, August 28th, starting at 6:00 until it sells out. The Sunday will be another week of our Summer Music Series featuring Big Dave & Captain starting at 2:00! With only a few weeks left, come down and enjoy the live music pond side! The Queen of Hearts continues this Friday night as well! The Queen of Hearts drawing is weekly on Friday nights at 7:00! Come down and enjoy a cold one and take a chance to find her!
Our 2nd Annual Pond Party is set for THIS Saturday, August 29th! Load up your boat or your paddle and come out and anchor down in the middle of Partridgeville Pond for a Summer Pond Party. Dj Gabe Martin will be playing the best of the 80's 90's, and today! The party starts at 6:00 PM in the middle of the pond, the sun sets at 7:26, come out and enjoy a great evening on the water!
Something WICKED is coming to the water at Templeton Fish & Game Club. Check out the details below for our FIRST Witches on the Water Paddle coming on September 13th during our final Summer Music Series event! Registration is now OPEN for what is sure to be a witchy good time!
Anyone interested in playing American Mahjong on Thursday nights is welcome to join in on the fun from 6:00 - 8:00 PM in the Clubhouse. New players are always welcome, and we will teach you how to play! You can learn more about the game by clicking here! Our Annual Fishing Derby is ongoing through Labor Day - please record your catches on the sheet in the club. Prizes for Adult and Child with the largest catch of the year will be awarded.

New Camps are posted for sale - please check the link at the bottom of the newsletter to visit our "Camps for Sale" page on our website.
MEMBERS MEETING - Our next members' meeting will be held on Monday, August 31st, starting at 6:30. Anyone interested in becoming a member of the Templeton Fish & Game Club should submit their application to our membership secretary. Members are sworn in monthly at our meetings! All new members must be sponsored by a current member of the Club! You can find membership details and the application on the membership page of our website! The next Lot Comittee meeting is this coming Monday, August 10th starting at 6:00 PM in the Clubhouse - any lot related issues should be addressed at this time.
Weekly pond water testing continues through Labor Day. Testing is completed by Nashoba Analytical in Ayer, with results reported to both Town Hall and the State to ensure the water remains safe for all recreational activities. You may also notice new swan decoys at the beach area. These are in place to help deter geese from pooping in the beach area. Please do not touch or play with the decoys.

Let's kick off Fall here in New England with style! Similar events are held all over the country and create a fabulous scene on the water. Get your best witch or warlock costume and cast off on the water during our final Summer Music Series event. $25 Entry Fee Per Witch/Warlock Cash prizes will be awarded for the top three paddlers! NO MOTOR BOATS - only man or woman powered paddle boats, canoes, SUP's, floats/rafts, or kayaks! Proceeds will benefit our annual Entertainment funds.

.22 Rim Fire Riffle Shoots Thursday Nights .22 Shoots returns on Thursday nights starting at 6:30 PM at the Range. Please arrive by 6:00 if you plan to participate. 50 Yards - Open, Peep, or Ghost Ring Sights Only. No scopes, red dot, or laser sights. No slings or arm locking devices.
Shoot for four weeks, meal on the 5th week - Cost is $30 which includes a meal. .22 Shoots will run throughout the summer until the beginning of September. |

Attention all boaters, the South end of the pond is a NO WAKE ZONE - this is to protect the shoreline from errosion. Please do NOT create a wake with your boat in that narrow section of the pond! Thank you for respecting our shores! |

This is a reminder that the speed limit remains the same all season long here at the Templeton Fish & Game Club. Also, please proceed over the bridge on Club Road with extra caution.
Due to ongoing issues with FedEx, Amazon, and UPS Drivers entering Templeton Fish & Game property and not following speed limits, signs will be posted soon and contact will be made with their corporate offices. The speed limit applies to ALL.

A.IX.s15. Camps for sale must be posted in the Club for thirty (30) days. All postings need to be renewed yearly. All postings greater than one year old will be taken down. All forms need to be filled out completely or they will not be posted. No camp transfer will be approved without taxes, fees, and assessments paid, and until the septic passes an inspection performed by the lot committee during the annual inspection/pump out process. Lot transfers will not be made until camp owners, prospective buyer, lot committee, and abutting neighbors agree on property lines. Use of a realtor to sell a camp is prohibited, as the camp is private property, and no land is associated with any sale, as the land is 100% owed by the Templeton Fish and Game Club Inc. Any lot leasee who has lot related concerns or questions are highly encouraged to attend. Any work being done on your camp requires a permit approved by the lot committee - forms can be found on the website or in the clubhouse. |
