Greetings Templeton Fish and Game Members, Guests, and Community Members!
HAPPY HALLOWEEN! This week the Queen of Hearts is taking a break while all the little Gobblins are out enjoying Trick or Treat locally, but the Club will still be open Friday night from 5:00-9:00! The Queen of Hearts crew is looking for a few more volunteers to put on their calendar rotation through the month of November - if you are interested in volunteering please reach out to Shelby Cota - volunteer hours at the Queen count toward new membership quotas. Trick or Treat in Templeton is Friday evening from 5:00-7:00 PM. The Queen will be back next Friday, November 7th! Our Annual Fall Club Cleanup is this coming Saturday, November 1st starting at 9:00 AM at the Clubhouse. Please bring any leaf blowers, rakes, etc. to help prepare our Club grounds for winter! Cleanup hours count towards new membership requirments.
UPDATED IMPORTANT NOTICES TO ALL MEMBERS
2026 Membership Renewal Letters have been sent out via email. If you did not receive one please visit our Membership page to download a copy. Membership dues are $75 and due by January 1st, 2026. Senior Members rates are $37.50 for any member who is 65 or older anytime in 2026. Payments received after 1/1/26 that do not include the $15 late fee will be returned. Members can visit the Membership page of our website for more details. Once dues have been paid, Membership Cards will be available for pickup behind the bar - cards will NOT be mailed.
IMPORTANT - Quarterly taxes are due by this Saturday, November 1st, please be sure to get your payments in on time. The next monthly members meeting will be held Monday, November 24th starting at 6:30 sharp! Come participate in your club! The pond draw down will begin on Sunday November 30th - the dam is generally left open for 7-9 days - any work being done along the shoreline MUST have a permit! Any camp owners, especially those who live on the water, and plan to do any work in November or through the winter months must contact Eric Adamnson ASAP - these projects require an NOI from the state and take approximately 3 months to secure - once secured, they are good for three years. The Lot Committee meetings will resume in April 2026! Camps for sale are posted in the clubhouse and also on the Camps for Sale page of our website! Owners looking to publish their Camps for sale should contact Lynn Sayarath.
Camp owners who are selling their camps, please see the special notice posted on the Membership page of our website. Do you need to update your mailing address, email, or phone with the club? Please use our contact update form located on our website! You can find the form on our Member Forms page. Are you selling your camp? After posting the camp for sale at the Club, you can add a listing and photos to our "Camps for Sale" page on our website - please contact Lynn Sayarath bostonterrier97@comcast.net to add your camp details!
If you know someone not getting these Weekly Happenings, they can sign up to receive them by visiting the "Weekly Happenings Sign-Up" page on our website! You can also read an online version of the Weekly Happenings that will be posted every Wednesday afternoon on the homepage of our website after the emails are sent. Check out our website anytime you are looking for more information about the club!
Lastly, the club is open Tuesday 6-9 PM, Friday 5-9 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 1-4 PM (times may vary if there is an event at the club). Stop in and share some cheer!

Fall cleanup will be held on Saturday, November 1st beginning at 9AM - Volunteers are needed - these hours count towards probationary members required hours for membership.
Bring any leaf blowers, rakes, and other fall clean up gear you may have! Please take some time to help care for your club! |

A.VIII.s23a. If a camp owner has unpaid taxes, assessments, late fees, violation fees, or other debts to the TF&G Club in excess of the amount specified in the Schedule of Fees and Fines, the TF&G club will revoke the lease of that lot, and move to sell the leased property. Revenue from the sale, minus the debts owed to the club, the cost to clean up and dispose of any personal property, and any costs incurred to sell the camp, will be given to the leaseholder of record after the sale of said camp by the club. Wording in any lease that is contrary to this specific paragraph, shall be deemed overwritten by this bylaw, and affect only those words in the lease regarding the revocation of a lease.
