Greetings Templeton Fish and Game Members, Guests, and Community Members!
This Saturday is our Club Clean Up on May 17th - the details are below, please consider coming out and lending a few hours of your time to get our Club ready for Spring and Summer. This is your club, take a little time and contribute! The Queen of Hearts is still hiding at Templeton Fish and the jackpot is now $16,458 this week! Come down to the club on Friday and enjoy a cold beverage with friends and take your chance to find her! Congratulations to Mama Loves Catering who had a ribbon cutting ceremony today at the club with the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce. We are fortunate to have her delicious talents at Templeton Fish & Game. Spring Club Hours will take effect beginning on Thursday, May 22nd as well - please see the details below, the Bar will be open beginning on Thursday at that time. This year's Independence Weekend Boat and Golf Cart parade will be held on Saturday, July 5th - theme and more details coming soon!
LAST CALL - IMPORTANT: Tickets for the Memorial Day Weekend BBQ must be purchased by this coming Monday, May 19th to ensure we order the proper amount of food. You can purchase your tickets in advance at the Club! The Annual Chicken BBQ is being held on Saturday, May 24th starting at 1:00. Tickets are $15 per person and we will have live music by Dennis Chaisson and the Empty Bottle Boys from 2:00 - 5:00 PM that afternoon for your entertainment!
UPDATED IMPORTANT NOTICES TO ALL MEMBERS There are still some items being stored up on the hill by the club, anyone storing a boat or other items up on the hill needs to remove these items as soon as possible and ahead of the Memorial Day holiday - with many club activities and events coming up we need to ensure our Club is looking its best! Thank you in advance for taking care of this.
This month's Member Meeting will be an election committee meeting – anyone wishing to run for the Board – if you are willing, please let Paul know – at least 3 people are leaving – our membership secretary is also stepping down, Michael Godin – thank you for your dedication to the TF&G.
The annual septic pump out bid has been awarded to Lawrence Septic at the rate of .20/gallon. Pump outs and tank inspections will begin this month, stay tuned for more specifics on timing. Please ensure your alarm is working and that the light bulb in your alarm is functional.
Camp owners who are selling their camps, please see the special notice posted on the Membership page of our website. The Lot Committee meets on the second Monday of each month starting at 6:00 at the Club, the next Lot Committee meeting will be held on Monday, May 12th. The Lot alteration building construction permit form can be found on the Member Forms page of the website. Before beginning any Spring work, please ensure you have a permit. Camp Owners, please mark your calendars, the tentative date for Solitudes to treat the pond is Thursday, July 10th, after the 4th of July festivities - stay tuned for confirmation!
Do you need to update your mailing address, email, or phone with the club? Please use our new contact update form located on our website! You can find the form on our Member Forms page. Are you selling your camp? After posting the camp for sale at the Club, you can add a listing and photos to our "Camps for Sale" page on our website - please contact Lynn Sayarath bostonterrier97@comcast.net to add your camp details!

Spring Club Cleanup THIS WEEKENDSaturday, May 17th
Our Spring Club Cleanup will be held on Saturday, May 17th starting at 9:00AM! All members are encouraged to participate and help - many hands make for lighter work! Probationary members can earn volunteer hours by participating. Please bring any rakes, leaf blowers, etc. you might have to help.
Several volunteers will also be needed to clean the inside of the club including the kitchen and windows as well. |

.22 Shoot Begins Thursday, May 22nd
.22 Shoot returns on Thursday, May 22nd starting at 6:30 at the Range.
Cost is $30 for four sessions which includes a meal. .22 Shoot will run throughout the summer until the beginning of September. |

Our next Members Meeting will be held on Monday, May 26th, yes, it is Memorial Day, beginning promptly at 6:30 PM! All members are encouraged to attend. Members meetings are always held the last Monday of every month!

Grass MowerVolunteers NeededThe club is in need of volunteers to help cut the lawn this coming season. If you are able to volunteer, there are sign-up sheets in the club. We are looking for volunteers willing to donate your time to cut the lawn 1-2 times during the season.
Together, we can ensure the club is properly maintained while sharing the load. We are grateful for your help. |
