Greetings Templeton Fish and Game Members, Guests, and Community Members!
We have a busy weekend coming up at the Templeton Fish and Game Club starting on Friday night when we will feature a Pop-up Ham dinner with all the fixings for $6 per plate starting at 6:00 at the Club until they sell out! The Queen will also be drawn on Friday at 7:00. On Saturday, we welcome Point the Finger to the Stage which will now benefit Templeton Fish and Game friend Anthony St. Pierre who was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident a few weeks ago - please see the update from the band below! The Say Cheese Food Truck will be serving their amazing menu - this event is open to the public!
The Queen of Hearts will be drawn at 7:00 on Friday night at the club. The drawing is open to the public and the bar is open! Grab your friends and come down and enjoy a cold one. Our very popular Summer Music Series continues this coming Sunday, July 13th featuring "West End Country" playing from 3-6 PM at the Pond View Pub - see the full lineup below! Please follow our Facebook page for any weather-related updates during the series! Our very popular Annual Fish Fry (Haddock, French fries, and coleslaw) will take place on Sunday, August 10th, serving begins at 2:00 - only 50 tickets will be sold, so don't wait - tickets are $15 per person and available at the Bar or by contacting Jody Corey - the afternoon will also feature music from Dave Malouin at the Pond View Pub!
HOGAN ROAD - Camp owners and guests accessing the Rainbow Drive side of the pond will see our new STOP sign at the three way intersection. Please stop and proceed with caution and remember the speed limit on all club roads is 5MPH.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR BOATERS: ALL BOATS are also required to have functioning lights if you are operating them after dark - all individuals manning small crafts including canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, paddleboards, etc. MUST be wearing a visible glow stick or other light source to identify you in the water after dark! This continued to be a problem over the holiday weekend - all boaters must have a light source when in the water after dark or you will be asked to exit the water with your craft. OPEN WATER SWIMMERS: Anyone swimming outside of your camp swimming area and in the middle of the pond must have a visible swimming buoy on - this is for your safety. Finally, The South end of the pond is a NO WAKE ZONE, please ensure you are not creating a wake when traveling in this end of the pond, this prevents further erosion along our shoreline - slow down.

Tax bills were just received from the town and invoices will be sent out soon. Tax bills are due by Friday, August 1st. POINT THE FINGER SATURDAY, JULY 19TH *IMPORTANT UPDATE* |
Point the Finger and The Templeton Fish and Game Club would like to announce that the show we have scheduled for this Saturday, July 19, 2025 at the Templeton Fish and Game Club will double as an initial fundraising effort for the St. Pierre family. As many know Anthony St Pierre was involved in a serious motorcycle accident and is now at UMASS Memorial Hospital recovering in the ICU. He is stable and in good spirits but has a long recovery road ahead. We are going to hold a 50/50 raffle and a second raffle of prizes all to go directly to Tony's family to help cover expenses and healthcare deductibles. We will also gladly accept any donations to be made directly to the St. Pierre family. Every little bit will help! A Go Fund Me has been created and will likely be another event this fall so that Tony can attend. We hope you will join us on July 19 to get some much needed help to the family now! Boat Navigation Light General Guidelines |
Sunset to Sunrise: Navigation lights must be displayed from sunset to sunrise and during periods of restricted visibility, such as fog.
Visibility: Lights must be visible from a certain distance, depending on the boat's length.
Exclusivity: No other lights should be displayed that could be confused with navigation lights. |

Open Water Swimming Buoys for Safety |
Swimming in open water can be a great experience, but safety should always be a priority. Swim buoys, also known as tow floats or open water swimming buoys, are inflatable devices that attach to a swimmer's waist and trail behind them, provide enhanced visibility and safety.
Anyone open water swimming at Templeton Fish & Game Club outside of their camp beach area should be wearing a swim buoy! |
|
|
This is a reminder that the south end of the pond and the area around the dam in the north end is a "no wake zone". Our dam is an earth dam therefore we need to limit erosion.
All Boats and Golf Carts must have your lot number clearly marked on each and have functioning lights if operating after dark.
PLEASE USE CAUTION |
|
|
This is a reminder that the speed limit remains the same all season long here at the Templeton Fish & Game Club. Also, please proceed over the bridge on Club Road with extra caution.
PLEASE USE CAUTION |
