Greetings Templeton Fish and Game Members, Guests, and Community Members!
From our Chairman, Paul Cormier, and the Board of Directors, we wish all of our members a Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and hope you find joy in the holiday this year. A big THANK YOU to Roger Henry and Don Cormier for the fabulous Râpée that sold out last Friday. Also, Congratulations to member Russ St. Pierre who worked his last shift for the Gardner Police Department, Bravo! The Queen of Hearts is OFF this week and will resume on Friday, January 2nd. A reminder to our members, we will NOT have a membership meeting in December - we will resume our monthly membership meetings on Monday, January 26th. Finally, to close out 2025, we will ring in 2026 on Wednesday, December 31st with live music from Neon Alley! Come ring in the New Year with us and bring your friends!
UPDATED IMPORTANT NOTICES TO ALL MEMBERS
FINAL REMINDER - 2026 Membership Renewal Dues are due by January 1st. $75 Regular Membership, $37.50 for Senior members who is 65 or older anytime in 2026. Payments received after 1/1/26 that do not include the $15 late fee will be returned. Members can visit the Membership page of our website for more details. Once dues have been paid, Membership Cards will be available for pickup behind the bar - cards will NOT be mailed. Questions about memberships can be sent to Jennifer O'Donnell, our Membership Secretary.
IMPORTANT CLUB PAYMENT UPDATE: Effective January 1st, 2026, PayPal will no longer be accepted for any type of club related business payments. After further review by our Board, the fees are considerable, and not worth the expense. All payments for taxes and annual dues must be sent in the form of a check or money order payable to Templeton Fish & Game Club. Cash will be accepted for payments, but is highly discouraged - thank you in advance for complying with this change.
IMPORTANT - The next monthly members meeting will be held Monday, January 26th starting at 6:30 sharp! There will NOT be a membership meeting in December (Happy Holidays). Any camp owners, who plan to do any new work to their camp over the winter months MUST have a permit! Please contact Eric Adamson for more information. The Lot Committee meetings will resume in April 2026! The club is also working on the construction of a new dock for the pond near the lower pavilion.
Camp owners who are selling their camps, please see the special notice posted on the Membership page of our website. Camps for sale are posted in the clubhouse and also on the Camps for Sale page of our website! After posting the camp for sale at the Club, you can add a listing and photos to our "Camps for Sale" page on our website - please contact Lynn Sayarath bostonterrier97@comcast.net to add your camp details!
CONTACT UPDATE: Do you need to update your mailing address, email, or phone with the club? Please use our contact update form located on our website! You can find the form on our Member Forms page. Are you selling your camp?
If you know someone not getting these Weekly Happenings, they can sign up to receive them by visiting the "Weekly Happenings Sign-Up" page on our website! You can also read an online version of the Weekly Happenings that will be posted every Wednesday afternoon on the homepage of our website after the emails are sent. Check out our website anytime you are looking for more information about the club!
Lastly, the club is open Tuesday 6-9 PM, Friday 5-9 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 1-4 PM (times may vary if there is an event at the club). Stop in and share some cheer!

A.III.s5. Dues may be payable in advance and shall become due as of the first day of January each year. A member whose dues are not paid on or before the first day of January will be assessed a late fee in accordance with the Schedule of Fees and Fines. Any member who has not paid will be dropped from the membership roster as of February 1st for non-payment of dues.
